ATVAM Fall Ride and Rally
September 20 to 22, 2019

Voyageur Country ATV is so excited to host the ATVAM Fall Ride and Rally 2019.
Here is a quick run down of the weekend events so far:
9 am – 9 pm, registration open at Voyagaire Lodge
VIP guided rides beginning at the following locations:
9:30 am from Voyagaire Lodge, 10 am from Anderson Canoe Outfitters,
10:30 am from Melgeorges Elephant Lake Lodge, Trails End Resort, and Echo Trail Tavern
11 am, Ribbon Cutting at the new Vermilion River bridge site (maps available)
Noon - 2, VIP hamburger lunch at the Vermilion Falls Picnic Site
Dinner Specials at local restaurants (more details to come)
9 am – 5 pm, registration open at Voyagaire Lodge
Pancake Breakfast offered at the Crane Lake Fire Hall
10 am, guided ATV rides offered at various locations including stops at local restaurants (Trails End, MelGeorges, Nelsons, Crane Lake Bar and Grill, Echo Trail Tavern, Wolf Bay Lodge) offering lunch specials. Register for rides in advance if possible, there will be 10 to 12 different routes to choose from.
Community Activities planned noon – 4 (Boat Tours of Crane Lake, Guided Hikes, Painting Class)
4-8 pm Silent Auction to benefit ATVAM at Voyagaire Lodge
6 pm Banquet at Voyagaire Lodge. Roast Beef dinner. Reservation only
7:30 pm General Membership meeting, election of officers
8 pm Awarding of silent auction items. Live auction to follow.
9 am ATVAM board meeting
Attendees should register for this event at ATVAM.org. Ticket price includes Friday’s VIP lunch, guided ATV rides Friday & Saturday, and Saturday night banquet. (Friday’s VIP lunch may be purchased separately). Please register on line to participate in ATVAM’s live auction Saturday night.
Club and non club members, we will be needing your help. There are several places you can volunteer your support. Please look over the list below. Pick a job or jobs that you or anyone in your family/friends could participate and email us at VoyageurCountryATV@gmail.com
Send out invites
Solicit donations, collect items for auctions and raffles (we need a lot!)
Plan rides, scout trails, trail maintenance/enhancement
Create and place Directional Signs
Trail riding - we need leaders, sweeps, Friday and Saturday
Develop Emergency Action Plan
Set up tents on Saturday for Banquet
Organize Raffle items and Auction items
Work at registration table
Take payment for raffle and auction items
Clean up at Fridays lunch site
Take down tents Sunday morning
Follow up with auction and raffle winners
Send out thank you notes
This is a start of our list, we are working hard to make sure we cover everything and have enough people to help make this a success. Once the jobs are filled, we will highlight them. We would like to see this whole page highlighted before April 1. Thanks in advance.
