Voyageur Country ATV is hoping everyone is doing well during this pandemic. We are sorry to announce that our Club Spring Ride and Lunch in the Woods, planned for May 2, has to be cancelled.

Our club is always counting on this fundraiser as the expenses keep coming in with the projects in progress.  For example:

6 miles of snowmobile trails connecting the resort community of Crane Lake with the US Forest Service Recreation and Picnic Area at the Vermilion Falls.  The main feature is another new Bridge or “Elevated Boardwalk”.  The bridge is over 260’ in length and 12’ wide crossing a wetland and beaver dam area on the western side.  Approx Cost:  $685,000
Enhancing 5 ½ miles of snowmobile trail from the VRT south to the Shuster Logging Roads. Grant Amount:  $500,000
We are currently working through the legislative process to secure funding to connect the City of Orr, Kabetogama Township and Ash River.  Grant Amount: Up to 2 million

Voyageur Country ATV has been fortunate to receive grant funding but as some of you may not know it is only to be used on the trail enhancements.  We have to come up with funding for office expenses, lobbyists (who help us get grants), signage (Club members are getting ready to put up directional signage very soon), etc.!

We are trying to replace the funds typically raised at the Spring Ride by distance.  Last year we raffled off 3 guns and have the permit and tickets to do so again.

This year’s Raffle includes
Taurus Judge Pistol
Henry Golden Boy .22 Long Rifle
Winchester 12 gauge

The Drawing will be held on May 23rd at Crane Lake Bar and Grill at 7:00pm.
$10.00 per ticket - Only 150 tickets per gun

Please send a check to Voyageur Country ATV for the amount of tickets you would like and specify for which gun.  You can send it to Beth Bak – 7258 Crane Lake Road – Crane Lake, MN 55725.  Also include your email or Phone(text) and we will send you a picture of your ticket stubs.  Please note you must be 18 or older to enter drawing.

Second:  Our Lunch in the Woods is always sponsored by local Businesses – This year if you would like to donate funds you will be recognized on the Facebook event page and the quarterly newsletter as “Proud to be a Voyageur Country ATV Sponsor”.

Voyageur Country ATV is proudest and largest club in Minnesota.  Please show your support and let’s get building more ATV trails systems and bridges.  We can’t do it without you!
